Dear participants, we shall meet you at the Moscow airports if you let us know (using “Transport information” link at the Participant page) the date, the airport and the flight number of your arrival. Please, inform us as soon as you know the time and number of you flight. We are not able to meet everybody personally so we shall combine you into groups according to the time of your arrival.
If you’ll have to get to Chernogolovka yourself, here is some helpful information.
The route from...
- If you arrive to Sheremetyevo airport (terminal 2), take an Aeroexpress train to station Savelovskaya, there you can take METRO (the metro station Savelovskaya). Please use your Aeroexpress ticket at the exit pay-gate of the railway station.
When you get to Moscow METRO, take a metro train to the station SHCHELKOVSKAYA, which is situated on dark-blue line North-East direction (Arbatsko-Pokrovskaya line). Savelovskaya and Schelkovskaya stations are marked with red circles on the scheme above.
After you get to Schelkovskaya metro station use the following scheme to get to Chernogolovka. - If you arrive to Domodedovo airport, take an Aeroexpress train to Paveletskaya. There you take METRO.
When you get to Moscow METRO, take a metro train to the station SHCHELKOVSKAYA, which is situated on dark-blue line North-East direction (Arbatsko-Pokrovskaya line). Paveletskaya and Schelkovskaya stations are marked with red circles on the scheme above.
After you get to Schelkovskaya metro station use the following scheme to get to Chernogolovka. - If you arrive to Vnukovo airport, take an Aeroexpress train to Kievskaya. There you find the METRO station of the same name.
When you get to Moscow METRO, take a metro train to the station SHCHELKOVSKAYA, which is situated on dark-blue line North-East direction (Arbatsko-Pokrovskaya line). Kievskaya and Schelkovskaya stations are marked with red circles on the scheme above.
At SHCHELKOVSKAYA station take the exit near the head of the train, go upstairs, take right, and then go upstairs again on your left (now you will be at the point marked as 1 on the map below). Then go to the Bus Station (point 2 on the map).
The Bus Station (АВТОВОКЗАЛ). Take a bus 320 (timetable) or 360 (timetable) to Chernogolovka from the platform close to the Bus Station entrance.

You buy a ticket from the driver (80 rubles). It takes nearly an hour to get to Chernogolovka from Shchelkovskaya.
After you arrive in Chernogolovka please use the following map to get to the Hotel. The point marked as 1 is the place of your arrival and point marked as 2 is the Hotel.
You also can take a taxi from the airport of your arrival. But the ride to Chernogolovka by taxi can be rather expensive.
